Overview

Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping a global brand's social media presence in the B2B SaaS space? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and have a track record of implementing successful social media strategies that drive lead generation and customer loyalty?

 

In this role, you will be spearheading the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, both organic and paid, while working closely with project managers and creative teams to deliver top-tier branded content. You will also have the opportunity to curate engaging user-generated content, foster online community engagement, and contribute to our global strategy.

 

The Marketing team at Vectorworks is the driving force behind brand advocacy and representation across various global channels. We play a pivotal role in attracting and nurturing opportunities for individuals to discover the value of Vectorworks products and services. Marketing at Vectorworks covers five main areas: inbound marketing, customer retention, international marketing, event marketing, and content marketing while ensuring all aspects aligns with our brand.

Responsibilities

During this role you will:

 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement a targeted social media strategy aligned with company initiatives and brand voice.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust social media campaigns to ensure effectiveness in lead generation and customer retention.
  • Work with project managers and creative teams to deliver high-quality branded visuals, videos, and content on schedule.
  • Foster online community engagement through active monitoring and response.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns with a global mindset on Meta and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

Here is what success looks like:

 

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing social media strategy.
  • 5+ years experience with B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer, as well as process-oriented, data-driven, big picture thinker.
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management systems is preferred.

 

Experience developing marketing strategies in a SaaS environment is a plus.
