Overview

Customer service/ account management. Order processing. Database maintenance.    

 

You are a motivated and detail-oriented customer service professional looking to build positive business and customer relationships for a growing international company.  

You are passionate about account management and possess a flexible outlook; and have proven clerical, administrative, and a proficiency for database, spreadsheet, and document management.

 

When you join Vectorworks, Inc., you will provide customers with quick, reliable, efficient service that exceeds their expectations and smoothly transitions them from their relationship with Sales to the Customer Success team.  The sales support coordinator will support direct markets including, but not limited to, US, UK, and Canada.

Responsibilities

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Reviewing and processing pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing support for customer inquiries or direct customers accordingly.
  • Providing administrative support, guidelines, and policy enforcement for our Sales Team and Service Select.
  • Supporting the sales process by providing preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers.
  • Maintaining input of new/existing client information into the sales database.
  • Suggesting sales process improvements and assisting in implementation and maintenance of multiple systems and databases.
  • Staying up to date with new policies, new products and feature launches and ensuring sales team is on board.
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other accounting projects as needed.
  • Performing other tasks requested by management.

 

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of a High School Diploma and 2 years of related work experience.
  • Some college course work in Sales, Customer Service, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other database applications.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Must have a pleasant and professional phone voice, ability to speak clearly and articulately.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent prioritization and analytical skills.
  • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests.
  • Ability to use resources to work efficiently and accurately.

 

Extra Credit:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales or business environment.
