Supporting the sales goals of an international team and working cross-functionally across departments drives you, and you enjoy process-oriented tasks while building customer and partner relationships.

 

When you join Vectorworks, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our global distribution channel, supporting the development of sales programs & processes, supporting sales initiatives and administrative needs, and providing timely responses to their requests. 

Responsibilities

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Assisting in the management of the global support task management/ticketing system
  • Assisting in the development of global sales programs & processes to drive sales and increase leads
  • Handling and resolving channel concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources
  • Interacting and supporting our global sales channel to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Supporting global distribution partners by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads
  • Documenting current sales and operations processes and workflows and communicating these changes to our channel
  • Reviewing, refining, and enhancing internal customer master data
  • Assisting in identifying improvements to our internal sales operations systems to improve channel processes
  • Handling and resolving channel concerns; providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; following up to ensure resolution
  • Serving as a point of contact for new distribution partners; assisting with onboarding and training of the Vectorworks sales process, policies, and procedures
  • Serving as a role model/mentor for new members of the team
  • Other activities to support our global channel as needed

Qualifications

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Excellent research, writing, and organization skills
  • Critical thinking and ability to monitor progress and follow through
  • Basic understanding of accounting functions
  • Ability to work easily in both large team environments and independently
  • Experience using data to analyze and solve problems
  • Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
  • Able to successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and to interact effectively with people from different cultures, 
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

 

Extra credit

  •  Experience in Sales or Operations environment
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot or other database applications
