Mac cloud environment. Cloud-based Saas implementations.

You have experience with modern MDM (mobile device management) and with deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based SAAS IT services and integrations. Our workforce is mostly Mac and we are building a secure, efficient, and flexible process to manage our Mac fleet using modern MDM and supporting services.

Vectorworks uses a cloud-based approach to developing our own systems to support our products and customers, and we are evolving our support for employee systems following the same pattern. We have an immediate need for an IT systems admin with a cloud-first mindset to help us evolve a secure and flexible IT platform enabling our increasingly remote workforce.

You'll make an impact by:

• Streamlining and automating our endpoint provisioning and deployment processes
• Developing endpoint security and deployment policies
• Testing and validating endpoint configuration changes
• Migrating our Mac fleet to Kandji for automated enrollment and MDM
• Modernize our Active Directory & Azure AD architecture to support our increasingly mobile workforce
• Integrate events, logs and monitoring for cloud-based systems with Datadog or AWS based log destinations
• Work with our existing team of systems engineers to automate onboarding and management tasks using these systems as foundation
• Documenting process with written and video training materials for technical teams and employees to support our dynamic global workforce and changing processes
• Administering policy and users in AD, Azure AD, Office 365, Kandji, Kolide, Intune
• Administering policy and users in a broad array of additional SAAS platforms
• Resolving level 2/3 user support questions and cases with satisfied users while always looking for opportunities to improve the systems and processes in response

About you:

• A technical degree or information technology experience
• Experience with modern Windows, MacOS, iOS devices & operating systems
• Knowledgeable about modern information security risks and best practices
• A clear and precise communicator whether using chat & email conversations, one on one, small groups, blog posts, and recorded videos
• Can successfully collaborate with a wide variety of staff members, such as technical staff, C-level leaders, special visitors and guests having diverse viewpoints, priorities and styles.

Extra Credit:

• Packaging and deploying software and patches for Mac or Windows
• Experience with PowerShell, Mac/Linux shell, Python for administration
• Experience with Office 365 policies and administration
• Knowledge of zero trust security & ZScaler
