When you join Vectorworks, Inc., you’ll work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to support our customers’ needs and questions with extensive product knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. The CAD (design) Technical Support Specialist may also be called upon to provide in-person training and product demonstrations.
