Our Process and Analytics team is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to impact how we use technology to capture data and advance new solutions as our business models evolve. You will work cross functionally with our marketing, systems development and sales teams to create content, manage data tracking processes, and ensure integration with Salesforce for prompt lead capture and follow-up.

You will become the subject matter expert of our marketing automation system, HubSpot. You will play a significant role in research, strategic development and execution of critical journeys for our global prospects and customers. The HubSpot Administrator will project manage new improvements to our system, advise sales and marketing teams on implementing new campaigns, establish KPIs, and develop policies for system use.


In this role, you should expect to:


  • Be the lead administrator for our marketing automation system
  • Work with our Salesforce Administrator and stakeholders to ensure proper system integrations that meet our business needs, including proper lead scoring and sync criteria
  • Create scalable processes, procedures and custom reports to monitor the health of the database and to identify areas of improvements that ensure best practices in lead nurturing and database management
  • Evolve our technology stack by optimizing current technologies and by researching, building a business case for, and implementing new technologies. Advocate for solutions to ensure our systems can meet evolving business needs
  • Maintain our internal HubSpot wiki with standardized policies and procedures
  • Support users across multiple functional groups within Vectorworks. This includes documenting changes to the architecture, implementing new business systems, creating onboarding materials to support new users, and training for new functionality.
  • Support tracking methods for inbound and outbound links
  • Use a data-driven approach to segment audience lists for marketing campaigns and sales promotions
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing Marketing Automation/CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua and/or Salesforce)
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with sales/marketing teams to gather stakeholder requirements and understand the business needs of those teams
  • Basic proficiency or working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • High motivation and the ability to work easily in both large team environments and independently
  • Experience using data to analyze and solve problems
  • Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP and other database applications
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication


Extra Credit:


  • Experience as a Hubspot Administrator
  • Experience with Salesforce, specifically the HubSpot and Salesforce integration
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Hubspot API
  • HubSpot certification preferred
  • Experience working with relational databases and using query tools such as MySQL
  • Proficiency with Excel macros, VBA, and creating advanced formulas (Vlookup, index, concatenate, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics suite/Google Analytics Certification
