Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for a motivated, solutions-driven Customer Success Intern to join our team for a dynamic internship opportunity this spring. As a Customer Success Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Success team and domestic customers to support and coordinate the company’s training programs and processes and various team initiatives. In this role, you should expect to:


  • Assist in the administration and coordination of training programs and processes to facilitate training scheduling
  • Map out annual training scheduling, and maintain training calendar updated
  • Manage the trainers scheduling, records, and accounts receivable
  • Act as point of contact for vendors and customers
  • Submit reports on Customer Success activities and results
  • Document current Customer Success operations processes and workflows and communicate these to the appropriate channel
  • Assist in identifying improvements to our internal Customer Success operations systems to improve processes
  • Work with Marketing team on promoting training activities
  • Assist with basic training assessments, quoting and training travel arrangements
  • Other activities to support our global channel as needed

Extra Credit:

  • Experience in a sales or operations environment
  • Experience with Zappier, GoToMeeting, Zoom
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot or other database applications
