As a Jr. Account Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our US Sales team and domestic customers to build lasting relationships and present the line of Vectorworks products to existing and prospective customers. In this role, you should expect to:


  • Work with Account Associates and other departments to develop our brand, plan approaches and tailor pitches.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Help drive attendance to regional events and trainings by reaching out to current customers
  • Report to the Team Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) activity and sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Execute a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma and 1 year of related work experience is required
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and Windows or Mac operating systems
  • Solid understanding of sales concepts and ability to quickly learn software & technology tools
  • An outgoing personality and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 



Extra Credit:

  • Experience in a sales or business environment
