The Team Manager (sales programs) leads the Sales Program team by effectively coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations of the team, monitoring productivity to meet monthly goals, and supporting the customer experience and growth of the Service Select sales program.


In this role, you should expect to:

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sales Program team, setting clear goals and timelines.
  • Monitors employee productivity and motivates team to meet or exceed monthly US Service Select renewal goals.
  • Accomplishes team objectives by motivating, training, monitoring, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, communicating job expectations.
  • Manages, evaluates, and improves program processes, both internally and externally.
  • Suggests and helps to implement program improvements to increase value for customers.
  • Liaises with the US Sales Team to develop and provides an excellent customer experience.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Communicates, upholds, and enforces sales program policies to customers, team members, and sales team.
  • Reports to senior management on opportunities and threats.
  • Maintains program client data in the CRM databases.
  • Assists in the development of marketing materials and campaigns related to the Service Select program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Why do we want you? Because you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience.
  • Excellent word processing skills, particularly with Excel.
  • Experience with customer databases and data mining.
