    What's in it for you?


    As part of the Creative Team, you’ll work collaboratively with developers, designers, and media producers, and work closely with the broader marketing teams, sales, product, and a variety of other teams in the organization. This position will work closely with the Creative Director to develop web-based solutions in support of strategic online initiatives at a global scale.


     In this role, you should expect to:


    • Oversee the web team by assigning, scheduling, supporting and mentoring staff.
    • Manage and execute web strategy roadmap for enhancements to technology stack, user experience, site performance, and campaign optimization
    • Analyze web performance using usability, data and SEO tools; providing insight and guidance to support UX and conversion goals
    • Conduct competitive and user research through workshops, user testing, exercises, surveys, and any other format that gets you the insights you need.
    • Create sitemaps that account for all pages on a website. Support your sitemap with user flow diagrams and page-specific content outlines when appropriate. For templated pages, account for all fields/data that will comprise a page
    • Evolve processes and deliverable formats when you see opportunities to make improvements
    • Ensure the completion and delivery of high-quality work so that we can continually improve what we create and how we develop digital products and web applications
    • Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking
    • Establish standards for projects

    • A Bachelor of Science in computer science or related field preferred
    • 10+ years of experience working with extended marketing, development and design teams
    • 3+ years of experience with content management and driving web strategy
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML
