    Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for an ERP Project Manager (Accounting/Finance), who will be responsible to manage the NEMBUS/Navision ERP project. This is a joint project, driven by our parent company, Nemetschek, in conjunction with Singhammer (developers of SITE).  The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing various objectives such as the scope of the project, financial budget, time line, accuracy and the quality of the project.


    Reporting to the CFO, the Project Manager monitors the technology, anticipates system requirements, and ensures the functionality and availability of the system across the company.

    In this role, you should expect to:


    • Be the liaison between our parent company and our Vectorworks teams in regards to the NEMBUS/Navision systems implementation
    • Design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project
    • Design a schedule for the project and set time lines for each team member, as well as delegate specific tasks to each member
    • Serve as systems manager on engagements within the company and stakeholders
    • Responsible for clearing requirements with our parent company and for coordinating with Vectorworks teams
    • Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for the NEMBUS/Navision projects
    • Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule
    • Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate and train our company and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings
    • Predict risk factors and eliminate risks for the successful completion of the project
    • Keep all needed departments and executives up to date on all stages
    • Provide leadership and guidance to others assigned to the project
    • Assist in the development of effective and flexible business systems that can be efficiently scaled and integrated into future Vectorworks growth
    • Other duties as assigned

    Why do we want you? Because you have:


    • At least two (2) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, etc.)
    • Proven record of successfully completed ERP projects on portfolio
    • At least 5 years of project management experience
    • 5+ years of experience using ERP and project management software
    • 3+ years of experience successfully managing small to midsize teams
    • Previous experience implementing ERP in the software industry or a related industry, as either a client, a consultant, or both
    • Flexibility and adaptability – you will work on everything from design to hands-on configuration and can stretch into new roles
    • A desire to work in a changing environment and have a key interest in automating tasks


    Extra Credit:


    • 3+ years of experience using Navision and/or NEMBUS is preferred
    • Database familiarity – browsing and querying MS-SQL database tables using database tools or Tableau
