    Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for an innovative customer service professional to join our expanding Sales Operations team in support of our sales and operations teams. The Global Support Coordinator works along our Sales and Channel Operations teams; maintaining relationships with our global distribution channel, supporting the development of sales programs & processes, supporting sales initiatives and administrative needs, and providing timely responses to their requests.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you should expect to:

     

    • Assist in the development of global sales programs & processes to drive sales and increase leads
    • Assist in the management of the global support task management/ticketing system
    • Handle and resolve channel concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
    • Interact and support our global sales channel to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Support global distribution partners by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads
    • Document current sales and operations processes and workflows and communicate these changes to our channel
    • Review, refine and enhance internal customer master data
    • Assist in identifying improvements to our internal sales operations systems to improve channel processes
    • Handle and resolve channel concerns; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Serve as a point of contact for new distribution partners; assisting with onboarding and training of the Vectorworks sales process, policies, and procedures

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
    • 0-2 years of related work experience
    • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

    • Experience with project management and using data to analyze and solve problems
    • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
    • Excellent research, writing, and organization skills

     

     

    Extra Credit:

    • Experience in a sales or marketing environment
    • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot or other database applications
