    Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for an innovative project management professional to work alongside our Sales and Channel Operations teams to support our global sales capabilities through the process of identifying, prioritizing, and successfully executing sales initiatives and projects. The Sales Operations Project Coordinator will liaise between global stakeholders to drive sales and increase leads.

    In this role, you should expect to:


    • Assist in the development of global sales programs & processes to drive sales and increase leads
    • Support global distribution partners by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads
    • Review, refine and enhance internal customer master data
    • Assist in identifying improvements to our internal sales operations systems to improve channel processes
    • Keep up to date records of competitor pricing and sales offerings globally
    • Work with process improvement team to implement sales initiatives
    • Involve all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of projects
    • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Plan, document, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects related to sales programs & offerings
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Liaise between distributors, sales operations, and systems development to ensure global business requirements are met for sales projects
    • Report on project status to relevant stakeholders
    • Send & monitor success of US sales promotion emails
    • Other activities to support our global sales capabilities

    Why do we want you? Because you have:


    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience is preferred
    • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP, and other database applications 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

    • Experience with project management and using data to analyze and solve problems
    • High motivation and the ability to work easily in both large team environments and independently
    • Ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures
    • Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
