This person will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    In this role, you should expect to:


    • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, etc.
    • Assist with developing and maintaining a pipeline of viable candidates
    • Manage the recruitment calendar: schedules initial screenings, technical phone interviews, and follow up onsite/Zoom interviews, as well as arranging candidate travel
    • Serve as the liaison with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
    • Assist in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data
    • Research alternative ways to recruit talent, as well as attend job fairs and networking events, conduct resume database searches, and make cold calls
    • Assist in supporting the expansion of the internship program
    • Manage all SWAG for our recruitment programs
    • Work with our marketing department to create collateral and displays for various recruitment events
    • Coordinates team events: internship program lunch and learns, training sessions, special events, etc.
    • Serve as a backup in ensuring new hire workspaces are prepared for the first day of employment, including supplies, requested accounts and IT equipment
    • Conduct research and assist in special projects
    • Serve as a backup to the talent acquisition team members as needed  
    • Make photocopies and performs other clerical functions

    • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of recruiting, talent sourcing, and talent selection experience required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with an applicant tracking system or CRM
    • Working knowledge of employment and recruitment practices, laws, and regulations
    • Problem-solving and strong interpersonal communication skills
    • An ability to convey compelling messages, both in person and in writing
    • Love for planning & organizing, and excellent attention to detail
    • Tact and discretion to handle confidential situations and guide processes to closure
