    Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who will support the UK Marketing Manager in managing marketing projects, coordinating events and measuring results. Such support may include sending artwork for print, drafting social media updates/blogs, working with suppliers and coordinating materials for events, to drive continuous improvement across all marketing campaigns, as well as other varied administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you should expect to:

     

    • Support the UK Marketing Manager with creating and scheduling social media and blog posts
    • Produce marketing content, as required for email and social channels using design software such as In Design or Photoshop, and edit materials provided by the marketing team in the US
    • Support the UK Marketing Manager in fulfilling marketing briefs and updating the project management system to reflect progress
    • Assist with the end-to-end event management at conferences and exhibitions. May include: sourcing venues, catering, arranging any supporting technology and coordinating the development of materials to execute a quality event
    • Be the go-to person on events, including online events such as webinars. Attend events as and when required
    • Track stock and place orders for marketing collateral and premiums from suppliers
    • Request and collate feedback from events where necessary
    • Support the marketing, marketing communications, and sales teams by undertaking administrative duties
    • Support the sales process by providing and coordinating preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers
    • Maintain input of new/existing client information into Pardot/Hubspot and Salesforce
    • Ensure all marketing and marketing communications initiatives undertaken are completed in alignment with data protection regulations, including GDPR and PECR
    • Work with the UK Marketing Manager to maintain data quality on Salesforce and Pardot/Hubspot
    • Provide updates to the UK/US website, using a content management system
    • Perform other tasks requested by management

    Why do we want you? Because you have:

    • Education in Marketing/Graphic Design or a related field
    • 1 - 2 years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting 
    • 1 - 2 years of PR/marketing communications experience 
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
    • Experience working with outside vendors to complete projects
    • Good knowledge of the principles of social media
    • Experience working with the following deliverables: brochures, inserts, emails, tradeshow stands, case studies, advertisements, books, promotional materials, websites and online advertising
    • Knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce (or similar CRM package)
    • Experience in preparing press-ready production files in an efficient and timely manner

     Extra credit:

     

    • Experience coordinating large scale events would be a distinct advantage, but not essential
    • Understanding of technical aspects of web development, email development, landing page development and ability to work constructively with development teams, including but not limited to understanding of HTML, CSS
    • Experience in marketing automation packages, such as Hubspot
    • Candidates with at least 6 months - 1 year of internship experience on a related field would be considered!!
