    Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for a talented, motivated individual to assist our Talent Acquisition team in the full-cycle recruitment process.     Responsibilities

    In this role, you should expect to:

     

    • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment screening
    • Coordinate initial screenings, technical phone interviews, and follow up onsite/virtual interviews.
    • Assist in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experience
    • Research alternative ways to recruit talent as well as attend job fairs and networking events
    • Conduct resume database searches and make cold calls
    • Manage the recruitment calendar
    • Assist in applicant tracking and human resources information systems management
    • Manage applicant files/conduct file audits
    • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations integrity by keeping human resource communication private
    • Assist in supporting the expansion of the internship program
    • Complete research projects on HR/talent acquisition related topics as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Creative, innovative, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and independently when necessary

    • A GPA above 3.0
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    • A strong work ethic to show initiative, multi-task, and meet deadlines
    • Prior work experience in a human resources and/or staffing environment
    • A positive attitude and willingness to work with the team to achieve the HR departmental goals

     

    Eligibility requirements for internships:

     

    • Internships requires working a minimum of 16 hours per week with a maximum of 40 hours per week
    • You must be at least 18 years of age, enrolled in an undergraduate program entering your junior or senior year, enrolled in a graduate program, or a recent graduate (no more than 6 months upon graduation)
    • This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on applicant’s qualifications. We currently do not provide housing, relocation, or transportation reimbursement
    • Interns are not eligible for company benefits

     

    2019 Internship sessions:

     

    • Spring: Jan. 16 – May 10
    • Summer: June 3 – Aug. 23
