    Vectorworks, Inc.  is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Columbia, Maryland.

     

    In this role, you will support all members of the Human Resources team as well as provide excellent customer service to employees on HR related matters. The Coordinator will be tasked with projects to support recruitment, orientation, and various other company-wide initiatives.

     

    The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator who is flexible and able to prioritize well.

    Responsibilities

    On a daily basis, you should expect to do the following:

     

    Administration

    • Manage the company calendar
    • Manage the organization chart
    • Reconcile credit cards statements (Concur)
    • Manage all SWAG for HR programs
    • Prepare presentations and reports
    • Conduct research and assist in special projects
    • Serve as a back-up for the front desk reception

     Recruitment

    • Manage the recruitment calendar
    • Assist in the coordination of pre and post recruitment processes
    • Assist in applicant tracking and human resources information systems management

     Human Resources

    • Assist in employee onboarding including orientation
    • Manage employee files/conduct file audits
    • Manage health and wellness program

    Qualifications

    • Able to handle highly confidential duties that require discretion, judgment, tact, and poise

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum 0-2 years experience supporting a human resources department or equal internship experience
    • The ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member
    • A desire to learn and grow within the human resources profession

     Extra credit:

    • Working knowledge of the full-cycle of recruitment and onboarding
    • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Experience reconciling credit cards statements using Concur
