The Sales Support Representative will work to ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and providing a smooth transition between the Sales and Customer Success team.

    In this role, you should expect to:


    • Process incoming orders provided by the sales team
    • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
    • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support for customer inquiries or direct customers accordingly
    • Provide support, guidelines, and policy enforcement for our US sales team
    • Provide administrative support for the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives
    • Work with the support team to support sales staff through mailing, research, and reporting of customer information
    • Build strong customer relationships by providing time-efficient, friendly service
    • Support the sales process by providing preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers
    • Maintain input of new/existing client information into the sales database
    • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other accounting projects as needed

    • A minimum of a high school diploma and two years of related work experience
    • A Bachelor’s Degree or some college experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
    • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP, SalesForce, and other database applications 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

    • Must have a pleasant phone voice, an ability to speak clearly and articulately, and good administrative and organizational skills 

    • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow up on client requests 

    • Excellent customer service skills
