The Sales Program Coordinator will coordinate activities and functions of the Vectorworks Service Select program to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

In this role, you should expect to:


  • Support the development of the Contract Retention Program
  • Coordinate program efforts with team members and other departments to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Proactively follow our maintenance program customers through the contracting and renewal process
  • Enforce program policies
  • Implement, monitor, and make adjustments to the Retention Program
  • Contact customers and provide a holistic approach to resolve contract and renewal issues
  • Provide feedback to management about current contract and renewal statistics
  • Maintain input of new/existing client information into the Order Center and CRM databases
  • Assist in creating and deploying marketing materials and campaigns directed at contract retention
  • Provide feedback to product marketing for the development of program features based on customer feedback
  • Work with the support team to support sales staff through research and reporting of customer information

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and five years of related work experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience is preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP, and other database applications 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Must have a pleasant phone voice, an ability to speak clearly and articulately, and good organizational skills 

  • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow up on client requests 

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 25lbs
