Vectorworks, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Sales and Channel Coordinator to be an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. You will run industry marketing activities working closely with the communications, creative, sales, and product marketing teams. You will also provide excellent customer service to our resellers with information about the company and Vectorworks products.

Responsibilities

In this role, you should expect to:

  • Plan, evaluate, schedule, track and analyse the successes of all marketing programs.
  • Supporting the domestic sales team by delivering qualified leads on a regular basis and searching for local networking opportunities.
  • Serve as point of contact for resellers; provide answers to questions and resolutions to problems for resellers as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing time-efficient, friendly service.
  • Support the sales process by providing preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers.
  • Coordinate initial information mailings to phone and contact leads.
  • Maintain input of new/existing client information into Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Work with the UK Director of Customer Success to maintain data quality on Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Manage tradeshows, webinars, emails, and other events as needed, to generate leads.
  • Support PR, social, promotions and other misc. campaigns as assigned.
  • Provide updates to the UK website, using a content management system.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team particularly around our contract renewals process, including billing and tracking receipt of payments.

Qualifications
