We are searching for a results-driven Sales Team Manager. The Team Manager will work closely with our customers to help develop best practices and ensure their success in the entertainment design industry. The Team Manager will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver effective product demonstrations and to serve as a consulting resource that provides industry knowledge and expertise in the sales process. This person will work with the product development teams to close the loop and develop user requirements to help improve the software.

Responsibilities

In this role, you should expect to:

 

  • Provide design, business knowledge and experience to help the sales team close sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Vectorworks entertainment software
  • Lead, motivate and develop a sales team by mentorship and personal example to create and promote a productive work atmosphere
  • Develop sales decks
  • Deliver demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers including: client site visits, user group meetings, trade shows and other events
  • Maintain an advanced technical understanding of the company's offerings and competitor software
  • Manage internal processes to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service to clients
  • Act as a strong presence to lead the sales team by example to maximize sales through leadership and attention to standards
  • Drive sales performance by fostering existing client relationships and building new relationships

  • 8+ years of software solutions sales experience
  • 2-4 years of sales management experience

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidence of peers
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with the biggest names in the business
