Vectorworks is looking for a marketing analytics specialist to join our marketing team! The marketing analytics specialist will be responsible for reporting and analysis related to lead generation, marketing funnel optimization and testing initiatives.


Reporting to the senior marketing director, the marketing analytics specialist will use marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing, to participate in growing our lead database helping to contribute to overall company revenue growth.


In this role, you should expect to:

  • Track and report the ROI of marketing activities including SEO, paid search, social media advertising, marketing automation/email nurturing, conversion rate optimization, display and remarketing, etc.
  • Create insights for optimizing and A/B testing digital campaigns including paid search, display, and social media
  • Track and report on web analytics and work with the web team to craft optimization strategies
  • Work with the product marketing team to optimize audience targeting and re-targeting parameters/initiatives for digital channels
  • Manage and monitor data tracking down to tagging
  • Train & collaborate with the teams to ensure optimization & best practices are implemented, tracked, and updated
  • Create and deliver accurate and timely ad hoc and routine reports to measure campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

Why do we want you? Because you have:

  • A BA/BS in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing or similar degreed program
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as a marketing analyst, paid marketing analyst, digital marketing analyst or equivalent position required
  • Experience in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Net-Results..)
  • Experience in optimization software (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Unbounce...) a plus
  • Good communication skills. Someone who can educate others and explain the information at both the staff and executive levels
