In this role, you should expect to:


  • Fill a unique role that branches our corporate office with new acquisitions and expansions
  • Work with leaders of our auxiliary branches to identify best practices and standardize business practices across company holdings
  • Create and implement integration plans between our corporate office and affiliates, and create effective lines of communication to ensure team integration
  • Coordinate with subsidiary leaders to develop internal sales reporting procedures, practices, and forecasts
  • Provide regular financial, administrative, and sales reports

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Communications, or Business preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in a business setting
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of database applications, FileMaker and SQL preferred
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • The ability to read and understand a P&L statement
